Inspired by the theater masks uncovered during the excavations at the Ancient City of Stratonikeia, the ceramic exhibition “HIDDEN FACE / PERSONA” emphasizes how the mask functions as a kind of inner mirror while also serving as a tool for observing social and personal flaws. From the connection of tragedy with social morality to Carl Gustav Jung’s concept of the “Persona,” the exhibition explores the symbol of the mask, allowing viewers to reflect on both the self and society.

A portion of the proceeds from “HIDDEN FACE / PERSONA” will be donated to support the ongoing excavations at the Ancient City of Stratonikeia, which inspired the exhibition.
