Kemal Noyan was born in 1941. After completing primary school, he entered Robert College in 1953, where he completed his preparatory, middle, and high school education.
Between 1961 and 1965, he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics. In 1965–1966, he studied Business Administration at Leeds College of Commerce in England, and in 1966–1967, he completed his studies in Industrial Management at the University of Leeds.
His engagement with art began during his student years. In 1964, at Robert College, he initiated the theatrical adaptation of Kafka’s short novel The Trial, dramatized by André Gide upon the suggestion of J. L. Barault, and also designed its sets.
He held exhibitions at the Beyoðlu Municipality Art Gallery in 1965 and at the Ankara French Cultural Association in 1969. In 1971, he participated in the group exhibition “Contemporary Turkish Painting” at the State University of New York, Binghamton, and at The Minneapolis College of Art and Design in the United States.
In 2012, he took part in the group exhibition Wedding at 44A Art Gallery in Istanbul. He held solo exhibitions at the same gallery in 2023 with Kafka Before the Law, and in 2026 at Maçka Art Gallery with Canto CXVIII in Memory of Can Alkor.
Having worked as a professional executive for nearly 30 years, Kemal Noyan continues his career as a management consultant.
